Dr. Smriti Pandey is responsible for establishing and maintaining nursing policies and high standards of Patient Care across Asian network of Hospital(s). Her singular focus on Patient & Patient Care helps in delivering services with empathy and compassion which is the guiding principle for all our Medical and Non Medical professionals. This enables the team to provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care by offering highest standards of medical service in an ethical manner and delivering extraordinary customer satisfaction. Post qualifying BDS and MDS in Pediatric Dentistry she started practicing Dentistry is also heading the Pediatric Dentistry at Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, Faridabad. She is a Certified NABH Auditor and Quality Management System Auditor. She is accountable for maintaining an environment which ensures that patients are cared properly and provided with the highest-quality health care services. Working closely with the Directors of each department of the hospital she evaluates the effectiveness of each department and improving & standardizing services level, running programs for the hospital, interacting with patients and their relatives and mentors the HOD’s.
