Mrs. Neha Pandey has been responsible in devising highly successful international marketing strategies ensuring healthy profit margins and strategic growth for Asian by exploring new geographical areas and markets. Her expertise is to strategize, develop and direct marketing and advertising initiatives to ensure correct positioning, market penetration, brand creation and achievement of market share and demand generation for the hospital on an international level. A graduate in Computer Application and a Postgraduate in fashion designing from NIFT Delhi, Neha has been working with Asian since inception and is instrumental in attracting patients from not only the Middle East countries but also other countries like Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Turkistan, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Russia, Bangladesh etc. By analyzing & developing various country specific channels and managing the same through dedicated action plans Asian under her guidance has been able to identify & target segments like Corporates, International Insurance companies, Government Centres, Doctors, Embassy, Family Trusts & other referral parties to generate & increase patient flow. She leads the International Patients Care for the entire group with complete involvement in coordination of patient arrivals, patient stay, bills managements & follow-ups.
