This is a case of Recurrent ca rectum. Patient will need to undergo detailed clinical evaluation fnac from lung lesions and some routine blood investigations. If confirmed with metastasis patient will need chemotherapy followed by reassessment for surgery. If found to be non-metastatic patient will need APR with permanent colostomy.
