Add some Tulsi leaves and clove to two cups of water. Boil it till it becomes half. Then, strain the potion and drink it to eliminate viral infections.

  • Rice Starch-

Rice Starch helps clear out the toxins of the body through urination. It acts as a diuretic. It boosts our immunity and helps get rid of fever. All you need to do is cook rice in an open vessel. Then, when they are half cooked, strain them and drink that rice starch.

  • Ginger and Honey-

Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, and honey is good at relieving cough. A combination of these can help you fight viral infections. Grate some ginger and extract the juice out of it. Now add some honey to the ginger juice. Mix these two. Have a spoonful of the mixture once in the morning and once in the evening for best results.

  • The power of coriander seeds-

The phytonutrients in coriander strengthen the immunity system and eventually help keep the viral fever away. Add a spoonful of coriander seeds to 2 cups of boiling water.   • Black pepper and lemon-

Black pepper is a rich source of vitamin C and contains antibacterial and antibiotic properties. Lemon is a citrus fruit; therefore, rich in Vitamin C and keeps the toxicity away. This combination of black pepper and lemon is excellent for fighting seasonal infections. 
It is extremely easy to make this tea. Like regular tea, keep the water boiling, and add tea leaves, ginger, sugar, and a little freshly crushed black pepper. Let it boil for a while, then strain the tea. Remember, you do not have to add milk, unlike regular tea. After straining the tea, add a few drops of lemon juice to the tea and drink this twice daily.

  • Garlic and mustard oil-

Usage of garlic and mustard oil is very effective in treating fever. Garlic itself is excellent in treating fever. But since it has a bitter taste, people find it challenging to drink its tea.
Instead of drinking, take two spoons of mustard oil and add some grated garlic or garlic paste. Leave the garlic and mustard oil mixture aside for a few minutes and rub it nicely on your child’s chest, feet, neck, and palms. It will help reduce the pain in the body.
