• The ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest is a promotional digital contest wherein participants will have the opportunity to win ASIAN vouchers of various denominations. This contest is run by Blue Sapphire Healthcares Pvt. Ltd.
• The ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest will commence on 01hFEB 2022, 12:00 AM and will continue till 28th FEB 2022, 11:59 PM, or such other date and time as may be decided by ASIAN at its sole discretion (“Term of the ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest”).
• The ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest is open to persons above the age of 18 years only, and residing with in India (“ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participants”).
• The ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL contest is open only to once for one user.
• In order to participate in the ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest the Contest Participants must, during the Term of the ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest:

  • Each slice of the wheel will contain 1(one) prize
  • The prize won under the ASIAN ANNIVERSARY will be intimated to the user through the preferred communication mode by mail.
  • The Food items Coupons should be redeemed in The Courtyard Food court at Asian Hospital.
  • FREE Food items coupons redeem by once only.
  • ASIAN reserves the right to cancel the orders placed by Eligible Users if the transaction is found to be of fraudulent nature or due to any system error.
• ASIAN reserves the right to modify the terms of any offer, or discontinue the Offer at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to Users.

• No ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest winner can transfer or assign his vouchers prizes to a third person.
• The decision of ASIAN in all matters relating to the ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest is final and binding on the ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participants.
• Employees, Officers, Directors of ASIAN group of Hospitals, and their immediate family members, advertising and promotion agencies, legal and financial advisors, subsidiaries and affiliate companies of ASIAN, and all other companies associated with this ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest shall not be eligible to participate in the ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest. For purposes of this ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest, "immediate family members" shall mean parents, spouses, children, siblings, in-laws and grandparents.
• If for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this ASIAN ANNIVERSARY THE WHEEL Contest is affected by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, rules and regulations of a social media platform or any cause beyond the control of ASIAN, the ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest will be cancelled, modified, suspended, or any affected entry may be invalidated by ASIAN, at its sole discretion.
• ASIAN will not enter into any correspondence, including email, with any ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Participant who are not ASIAN ANNIVERSARY SPIN THE WHEEL Contest Winners.
